What You’ll Do: ·Support existing manufacturing lines & introduce new products Lead problem-solving and process improvements Drive industrial validation using FMEAs and process proving Manage design modifications & ensure configuration control Optimise production for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness Develop tooling and manufacturing instructions What We’re Looking For: ·Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) + HNC/Degree in a relevant field ·Hands-on problem solver with a proactive mindset ·Ability to interpret design drawings & create build instructions ·Team player with strong communication skills ·Awareness of digital tools for collaboration Why Join Us?
