The Opportunity: Due to growth within our clients Digital Procurement team, they are seeking two skilled Group Category Managers to help shape and deliver our digital procurement strategy. If you have experience in technology procurement or are eager to develop your expertise in this area, we would be delighted to hear from you.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are either:
- Experienced Technology Procurement Practitioners with category management expertise in areas such as:
- Software (Business Software, Software Services, Integration, Projects, or Engineering & Manufacturing Software)
- Networks and Telecoms
- Cybersecurity
- Artificial Intelligence and High-Performance Computing
- Hardware
- IT Services (Back Office, Front Office)
- Data Centres and Storage
Key Responsibilities:
- Build deep market insight, develop category strategies, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Design and deliver short, medium, and long term procurement plans.
- Mentor and support Buyers in executing complex procurement projects.
- Collaborate at Group level as a trusted business partner to achieve shared objectives.
