Copello are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join a growing business in a junior Business Manager position, supporting two experienced Business Development Directors. This would be a great opportunity for someone with a technical, engineering or sales background who is looking to develop their career within business development and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across complex and highly regulated industries. The Role You’ll work closely with the Business Development Directors, supporting the identification and development of new opportunities and helping to build relationships with senior technical and commercial stakeholders. The role will offer exposure across the full business development lifecycle and provide the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment. What We're Looking For • 2–5 years' experience within an engineering, technical or sales environment • A proactive and driven approach, with a genuine interest in business development • Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with senior stakeholders • Resilient and comfortable dealing with rejection • Open to feedback, coaching and continuous development • Experience within the Defence or Nuclear sectors would be beneficial, but is not essential • Based in or able to commute to London, with flexibility to travel across the UK when required To apply, please send your CV to (url removed)
