Copello are currently working with a global defence company who are looking for aRadar Hardware Integration Authority. You\’ll work hands-on with complex radar hardware, leading integration efforts and ensuring system excellence for platforms like the UKs flagship aircraft carrier.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading radar systems test, integration and fault diagnostics
• Supporting the Radar Design Authority as a trusted Integration expert
• Applying Systems Engineering (ISO 15288) across the full lifecycle
• Collaborating across electronics, software, and mechanical teams
• Driving innovation and solving real-world defence challenges

What Youll Bring:

• Strong background in digital/electronic hardware engineering
• Experience with systems integration and radar equipment
• Hands-on capability in diagnostics, test and fault finding
• Knowledge of VHDL, digital circuit design and safety assurance
