Copello are recruiting for a Business Process Analyst on an initial 6 month contract for an organisation based in Buckinghamshire. The Business Process Analyst will be analysing and designing business processes across business operations. There will be a focus on rolling out transformation initiatives specifically regarding AI, automation, and RPA.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Discovery analysis regarding as-is and to-be processes across the relevant departments
  • Establish and maintain process standards, documentation, and template frameworks
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and AI agent optimisation
  • Leading and facilitating workshops with relevant business units
  • Be the bridge between target business processes and IT/Architecture & transformation areas
  • Capture requirements and translate them into suitable outputs for technical delivery and AI engineering

The successful Business Process Analyst will have the following experience:

  • Strong experience of business process analysis and modelling (BPMN, Visio)
  • Strong communicator who is comfortable presenting and liaising with stakeholders at VP level
  • Hands-on experience of process automation and re-design
  • Understanding of APIs and AI integration patterns
  • Knowledge of AI engineering and RPA tools

This role will require candidates to be onsite 3 to 4 days a week in Buckinghamshire. The role is inside IR35 and is paying £450 to £650 per day depending on experience.
