Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team. Oversee manufacturing engineering activities, ensuring effective delivery against operational objectives. Drive improvements to manufacturing processes, methods and engineering standards. Work collaboratively with engineering, production and quality teams to resolve technical challenges. Support manufacturing capability, product introduction and ongoing production requirements. About you: Proven experience leading a Manufacturing Engineering team within a complex engineering or manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and production support. Experience managing and developing engineers. Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
