Are you an experienced HR leader ready to help shape the people strategy of a complex, operational business? We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work directly with the VP General Manager and leadership team, driving talent, engagement and organisational performance. This is a high-impact, autonomous role in a unionised environment where strong judgement, commercial awareness and confident stakeholder influence are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders on all people and workforce matters
- Lead the people strategy, including talent planning and leadership capability
- Manage complex employee relations cases and union engagement
- Support organisational change, growth and integration activity
- Use HR insights and data to guide business decisions
- Coach and influence leaders to drive performance and engagement
