Engineering Operations Support

Engineering Operations Support 12 month contract – Inside IR35 – Derby (3 days p/week on site) We are seeking a highly organised and technically adept individual to join our Engineering Operations team, supporting a key defence client. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth functioning of engineering and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) processes, with a focus on data integrity, procurement coordination, and offload engineering support. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain engineering data within Teamcenter PLM system. * Facilitate accurate and timely data transfers between internal systems and external partners. * Support offload engineering activities by ensuring data integrity and accessibility. * Assist in document control and configuration management processes. * Liaise with engineering teams to resolve data-related issues. Essential Skills: * Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM systems. * Strong understanding of engineering data structures and lifecycle management. * Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. * Good communication and collaboration skills. Desirable Skills: * Experience with offload engineering or supplier data exchange. * Familiarity with CAD tools and engineering documentation. * Knowledge of data security and compliance standards
