Copello have partnered with an established engineering business based in Maidenhead in the recruitment of a Customer Support Technician. Please note, this role requires candidates to be eligible for SC Clearance. Key Responsibilities: * * Diagnose and repair advanced optical and electronic systems. * Support equipment maintenance, modifications, and upgrades. * Provide technical assistance to customers, including out-of-hours support. * Record and analyse faults for continuous improvement. * Ensure safety, airworthiness, and security compliance. What You\’ll Bring: * * ONC (or equivalent) in electronic servicing. * Strong hands-on experience in electronic servicing or workshop environments. * Willingness to travel within the UK and provide on-call support when needed. * Ability to obtain and maintain SC security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: * * HNC in electronics or relevant experience with CCD/FLIR cameras, lasers, or airborne equipment. * Knowledge of military/aviation support settings. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and safe equipment handling.
