Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on experience)

Dynamic (hybrid) working: The business supports a blended approach to on‑site and remote working – for example, being on‑site when needed for collaboration, then working from home around family and personal commitments to be as efficient as possible. This role can be full time or part time (4 or 5 days per week), and the organisation is flexible and accommodating. It would be beneficial to be on‑site 1 or 2 days a week depending on project needs, with remote working on other days.

Security Clearance: You will need to be a British Citizen or a dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. The opportunity: You will be joining a growing, dedicated Electronics Engineering function that works collaboratively to deliver complex projects. The role offers a great chance to shadow experienced Engineering Project Managers, learn from them and the broader teams, and then take on your own projects as you develop into an Engineering Project Manager. There are also creative opportunities to get involved in outreach, representing Electronics Engineering in the community and participating in women‑in‑engineering and similar STEM engagement events.

What we’re looking for: We are keen to speak to proactive, experienced and dynamic individuals who can multi‑task and build strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others. You should be able to demonstrate:

  • Demonstrable exposure to and understanding of electronic engineering product development
  • A solid track record of experience within an engineering environment
  • A good grasp of project management fundamentals
  • Basic Primavera P6 scheduling experience
