Copello have partnered with one of the most exciting companies in Defence to find them their next Commercial Manager. This role will strengthen commercial foundations — turning innovation into real-world impact. Working at the heart of strategic projects, you’ll ensure suppliers, pricing, and contracts are aligned to deliver mission success.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead sourcing with confidence
  • Run market analysis and supplier selection
  • Manage RFQs and ITTs
  • Drive competitive tender processes

Support commercial performance

  • Build cost models and pricing structures
  • Navigate regulated defence environments
  • Manage change control and commercial risk

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years in Defence, Aerospace, Public Sector, or a regulated industry
  • Knowledge of:
    • Procurement Act 2023
    • SSCR
    • DEFCONs & DEFSTANs
  • Understanding of contract types (Firm Price, Cost Plus, Frameworks)
  • Experience managing commercial risk and change
  • SC clearance (or willingness to obtain)
