Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of a Senior HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation at an exciting time of change and growth. This is a strategic role where you'll partner with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational performance and foster a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead organisational change, talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide expert advice on UK employment law and complex employee relations.
- Support performance, succession planning, recruitment and retention.
- Use HR data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
About You:
- Proven Senior HR Business Partner experience within a complex or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Able to travel occasionally between UK sites.
