We are seeking a Systems Engineer with active DV Clearance lead the development of complex subsystems, support interface definitions, and ensure seamless integration throughout the entire system lifecycle.

Do: Lead the design and development of subsystems, ensuring all components work cohesively to meet project requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders—technical and non-technical—to gather, analyze, and refine system needs.

Support the definition, design, and documentation of interfaces, specifications, diagrams, and system drawings.

Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to optimize system designs and enhance reliability.

Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate hardware, software, and network integration.

Assist in validation and verification activities to confirm system functionality and performance.

Identify opportunities for system improvements and implement best practices for design and integration.

Support project planning, estimation, and ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality protocols.

Required

Skills: Proven experience in systems engineering and system design within relevant industries.

Strong understanding of systems engineering methodologies, lifecycle management, and design principles.

Proficiency with system modeling tools such as Sys ML and UML, as well as relevant design software.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
