Location: Cumbria
Salary:£50,000 - £60,000 plus package.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct independent fire safety inspections and surveillance.
- Assess compliance with UK fire safety legislation and management systems.
- Review fire prevention strategies and fire risk assessments.
- Assess readiness to progress major engineering and infrastructure projects through assurance hold points.
- Interpret engineering and safety documentation.
- Communicate inspection findings to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and external regulators.
About you
- Experienced fire safety professional with strong knowledge of UK legislation.
- Strong understanding of fire risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience working within complex or high-hazard environments.
- Able to interpret engineering and safety documentation.
- Confident engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders and regulators.
