Copello have partnered with a leading defence organisation in the recruitment of a Systems Modelling Engineer to work on new and innovative products. Can be based in the Bristol or Hertfordshire area. Supporting defence systems with responsibilities in system design, verification, integration, RF design, threat analysis, and EW modelling & simulation.
Key requirements include:
- A good understanding of MATLAB and Simulink, or similar
- Background working within a Defence / Aviation / Aerospace environment
- Ability to visualise and analyse complex systems
- Awareness of systems engineering principles
- Knowledge of RF, Communications and RADAR systems would be desirable
- Threat analysis experience would be desirable
The vacancy requires the applicant to be a British Citizen, or a Dual UK national with British citizenship, and capable of achieving a DV clearance level.
My client are offering a salary of circa £60,000 DoE, hybrid working (min 3 days a week on site), bonus scheme and other great benefits.
