Key Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in MATLAB and Simulink for system modelling and simulation.
• Strong understanding of dynamic systems, numerical modelling, and system engineering processes.
• Experience with model‑based design methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of coding standards, peer review practices, and configuration management.
• Hands‑on experience with automated C/C++ code generation from Simulink.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git or EWM.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with external partners and cross‑disciplinary teams.

Preferred Education and Experience

• A solid background in engineering, systems engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Significant hands‑on experience (ideally 5+ years) in simulation and modelling roles within a defence, aerospace, or similar high‑tech environment.

• British Citizenship with the ability to obtain SC security clearance post‑offer.
