Copello have partnered with an established defence manufacturer in the recruitment of a Commercial Project Manager, based in Poole. This role will be the principal point of contact for all assigned projects, directing and managing the preparation of deliverables and payment milestones within specific contract terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Business Development and Bids team in planning phases for new opportunities.
- Creating work breakdown structures, project and resource plans, risk identification and mitigation plans.
- Delivering payment milestones within specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits.
- Undertaking regular formal documented reviews of contracts reporting and reporting contract progress.
- Creating standardised documentation and reporting templates for use across all projects/major contracts within the Business Unit.
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a relevant Project Management role within a technical sector.
Project Management qualification is preferred.
