Role: RF Designer Salary: £65k Location: Stevenage – 3 -4 days a week on site Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for security clearance. This role can only accept British nationals or Dual Nationals including British Citizenship. Copello have partnered with a global defence company. They are looking for an RF Design Engineer with hands-on expertise to drive the research, design, and testing of high-performance RF tech across challenging environments. What you’ll do: Design and prototype RF circuits (30 MHz–30 GHz) including LNAs, HPAs, filters, and modulators Lead RF testing and troubleshooting using VNAs, spectrum analysers, and more Work on-site 3–4 days/week in our state-of-the-art labs Collaborate across disciplines to integrate RF designs into complex defence systems What you bring: Proven RF component-level design experience Strong hands-on lab skills (soldering, fault-finding, testing) Familiarity with tools like Microwave Office & design-for-manufacture best practices British citizenship (or dual UK nationality) required for security clearance Why join?
