Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations and achieve production targets
- Drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Manage and develop production teams
- Monitor KPIs and support strategic operational goals
Requirements
- Proven senior manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong operational and people management skills
- Experience with Lean/continuous improvement methodologies
- Commercially aware with strong problem-solving ability
