Copello are working with a leading defence company who are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their Prototype & Development facility. You will be supporting cutting-edge PCBA projects from concept to production.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support early-stage and production-standard PCBA builds
  • Optimise Design for Manufacture (DfM) and lead process improvements
  • Create and review work instructions, BOMs, and PFMEAs
  • Drive continuous improvement and resolve shop floor issues
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver robust, repeatable manufacturing processes

What You Bring:

  • Engineering apprenticeship + HNC or Engineering Degree
  • Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes
  • Experience in circuit card assembly and design change control
  • A proactive mindset and collaborative approach
