- Support existing manufacturing lines & introduce new products
- Lead problem-solving and process improvements
- Drive industrial validation using FMEAs and process proving
- Manage design modifications & ensure configuration control
- Optimise production for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Develop tooling and manufacturing instructions

- Engineering Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21) + HNC/Degree in a relevant field
- Hands-on problem solver with a proactive mindset
