We’re hiring an RF Engineer to work on cutting-edge RF and mmWave technologies within a highly capable engineering team. This is a hands-on role focused on design, testing, and problem-solving, contributing directly to the delivery of robust, real-world RF products.
You’ll take ownership of RF design activities while working closely with a broad group of engineers to bring concepts through to production-ready solutions.
Your day-to-day:
- Design and simulate RF and mmWave circuits, modules, and subsystems.
- Analyse system-level performance, optimise designs, and troubleshoot complex RF issues.
- Carry out RF measurements, characterisation, and validation on prototypes and production hardware.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation such as design notes, test plans, and reports.
- Ensure solutions meet performance targets, compliance requirements, and customer needs.
- Feed innovative ideas into future product and technology development.
- Provide technical support during customer discussions, bids, and proposal activity when needed.
From concept to production:
- Deliver RF designs in line with project schedules, cost targets, and quality expectations.
- Support design maturation from early prototypes into volume manufacture.
- Work with manufacturing and process teams to ensure designs are buildable, repeatable, and high quality.
- Identify technical risks early and help drive mitigation throughout the development lifecycle.
Working with others:
- Collaborate closely with electronics, mechanical, software, and systems engineers.
- Act as a technical reference point for internal teams and external partners.
- Share progress and technical outcomes through design reviews and project updates.
