Copello have partnered with an established defence engineering business in the recruitment of a Head of Sales. This role can be based out of several locations, including Hampshire and Gloucestershire. You'll lead a skilled sales team, develop the market strategy, and build a robust pipeline that drives sustainable business growth. Working closely with technical and delivery leaders, you'll ensure customer needs are met through innovative, high-value solutions.

Key Responsibilities
