About the Role:

Copello are working with a leading Defence business who are looking for a motivated HR Business Partner to work closely with teams across South Wales, leading key HR projects and supporting leadership to achieve business objectives. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, driving change, and shaping the future of HR practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• Proven HR experience within a unionised setting is a must.
• Strong understanding of aligning HR solutions with business needs
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or project-driven organisations (a plus)
• Ability to advise and coach senior leaders and managers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
