Overview: Copello are working with a leading defence business who are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic team working on RF communication and sensor systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software components
- Implement and test software within an agile team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical excellence
- Evaluate trade-offs and support technical decisions
- Contribute to system understanding and future development
- Support and guide junior team members, if in a leadership role
Required Skills:
- Degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- Knowledge of sensor and communication systems
- Experience across full product lifecycle
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (C++, C#, Python)
- Experience with Agile and modern development tools (Git, GitLab, VS Code)
- Ability to work effectively in technical environments

- UI design and development
