Project Engineering Manager required to join a high performing and forward thinking team based on the Isle of Wight.
Leading a multi disciplined Engineering team, the Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of engineering activities within a hardware development environment.
Key duties will include collaborating with technical authorities to assess costs and schedule risks, ensuring compliance with engineering governance, and that the project teams are aligned for the delivery of the products on time and within budget.
This role offers a working approach that enables flexibility with working hours and location on some days; other days are required to be onsite. A competitive salary and package is available with a bonus of 10% and a salary of c£70k.
Suitable candidates will have a strong understanding of a core engineering discipline with the ability to lead an Engineering team and interpret complex engineering issues. An understanding of project management principles and engineering planning is required.
