Copello are working with a growing Manufacturing business in the Buckinghamshire area who are looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to lead and establish a new Operations team. This role will support the delivery of a high volume product line and will require operational strategy and planning alongside the Programme team to ensure customer expectations and delivery schedules are achieved.

The Operations Manager will be required to quickly problem solve and drive productivity improvements within the programme. Suitable candidates will require proven experience of designing operations from scratch including production set up, equipment installation and team recruitment. Experience in high volume product production is a must along with the ability to lead progressive change.

The salary on offer for this role is flexible dependent on experience and will come with a package that includes healthcare and a competitive bonus.
