Role Overview

The Head of Engineering will oversee a high-performing engineering team, driving improvements and ensuring technological development aligns with future capability requirements. The role includes managing an engineering budget, leading a team of approximately 20 reports, and having full autonomy over resourcing and recruitment, including contingent staffing.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience in engineering teams with a track record of improvement and development
• Strong managerial skills
• Experience with Electronics, Systems, and/or Software
• Background in Avionics, Defence, or Aerospace sectors
