Project Engineering Manager required to join a high performing and forward thinking team based on the Isle of Wight. Leading a multi disciplined Engineering team, the Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of engineering activities within a hardware development environment.
Key duties will include:
- Collaborating with technical authorities to assess costs and schedule risks
- Ensuring compliance with engineering governance
- Aligning project teams for the delivery of products on time and within budget
This role offers a working approach that enables flexibility with working hours and location on some days; other days are required to be onsite. A competitive salary and package is available with a bonus of 10% and a salary of c£70k.
Suitable candidates will have a strong understanding of a core engineering discipline with the ability to lead an Engineering team and interpret complex engineering issues. An understanding of project management principles and engineering planning is required.
