Copello are working with an established and progressive Defence Business to recruit for a Head of Engineering on a contract. With a management focus across a high performing Engineering team you will be responsible for driving improvement whilst ensuring technology development is in line with the future capability requirements.
The Head of Engineering will manage an agreed Engineering budget and have a team of c20 reports. Suitable candidates will have proven experience of leading a successful Engineering team with evidence of improvement, development of the team and strong managerial skills.
Candidates will ideally have experience with Electronics, Systems and/or Software along with an Avionics, Defence or Aerospace background.
The position offers a competitive salary, bonus, car allowance and family healthcare cover.
