Copello is recruiting for Senior Product & Process Engineers to join a leading regulated manufacturing organisation based in the outskirts of Southampton on a permanent basis, to support all manufacturing processes and new product development (NPD). Responsibilities will include: Provide high level or technical support to the business. Supporting / leading new technology projects. Responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams on projects more mentoring / coaching / influencing than management.
