You will play a strategic role in securing Final Control project opportunities, collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive growth in Pressure Management while reinforcing Emerson’s reputation as a trusted partner.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead strategic project pursuits identified through the UK Top Project list and Cluster Sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Global Project Pursuit teams, UK Project Management, Sales, and other business platforms to maximise bookings for Emerson Automation Solutions.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to manage project pursuits effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical and commercial sponsors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies using customer business analysis, risk mitigation, and communication planning tools.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, including executive sponsors and local partners, to secure project wins.
  • Facilitate customer meetings and ensure smooth transitions from FEED to EPC stages.
  • Lead commercial negotiations early in the project cycle and provide input for proposal creation.
  • Prepare and present executive review materials throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform detailed internal proposal reviews prior to submission, then lead proposal reviews with customers.

You are a proactive and results-driven Sales Professional with the ability to build and strengthen key relationships, facilitating the progression of must-win, strategic deals. You build strong relationships and communicate effectively across diverse teams. You have a strong ability to influence and instil trust, making you a valued partner to both customers and colleagues.

For this Role, You will Need:

  • Experience in pursuit sales and winning project business.
  • Strong ability to develop customer relationships and present techno-commercial proposals.
  • Understanding of business drivers, commercial negotiations, and decision-making processes.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK and Ireland, with a valid driving licence.
