In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Carrying out repair and testing of field returns, which could involve disassembly, parts replacement, and full reassembly of the returned units.
- Carrying out component testing when required.
- Optical alignment of gas sensor sub-components.
- Full system testing of repaired production gas analytical equipment.
- Maintaining a repair tracking system to log all work and failures.
- Working with the Manufacturing and Repair Team Leader to set up reasonable repair times and metrics and working to meet and beat them.
- Providing feedback to design teams on all failures of our products to aid continuous improvement.
- Maintaining the work area to a safe and clean status, working to ESD procedures where necessary.
- Being an active member of the team, contributing ideas for continuous improvement at all levels within the company.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Relevant degree/diploma in electronics.
- Experience of Assembly/Test and preferably gas handling.
- Technically competent, and able to use scientific equipment.

- Quick to learn and adapt to new situations and environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and oral reporting.
