Key Responsibilities- Work across various processes on the Assembly line to manufacture compressors, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met while applying lean manufacturing techniques to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and hazard‑free, following all Health & Safety procedures.
- Collaborate as part of a team to meet daily targets.
- Work rotational shifts of days and evenings; must be over 18.
