As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for managing production processes in your assigned area, ensuring their safety, optimal quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Provides essential technical support to production ensuring processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with quality standards, while driving productivity improvements, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Focuses on process optimization, workplace ergonomics, new product introduction, and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leads continuous improvement and structured problem-solving activities within an automated manufacturing environment, including robotic welding and handling systems, as well as complex hydraulic and pneumatic machinery.
  • Supports the mechanical design and development of jigs and fixtures.
  • Plans and delivers strategic engineering and operational projects.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in mechanical design.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
