The Occupational Health Manager role is a key leadership role and will have direct line management responsibility for our Senior OHAs and OH Team Leaders.

This role will have accountability in the following areas:

Operational Service Delivery / Customer and Account Management / Clinical Governance and Quality / Service Development and Compliance / Clinical Practice.

You will carry out a variety tasks including:

  • Leading the delivery of COPE's Occupational Health Services;
  • Managing a portfolio of customer accounts;
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs, SLAs and operational objectives;
  • Identifying opportunities for service enhancement;
  • Leading clinical audits, quality assessments and case reviews;
  • Supporting risk management processes and continuous quality improvement initiatives;
  • Maintaining a minimum 20% income-generating clinical workload.

You will:

  • be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration;
  • hold a recognised Occupational Health qualification and up to date Health Surveillance training;
  • have significant Occupational Health experience within a SEQOHS accredited service;
  • have experience in clinical governance, quality, performance management and service improvement;
  • have experience managing customer relationships and delivering against KPIs and SLAs;
  • have the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a clinical workload;
  • have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Occupational Health systems.

Part Time, Minimum 3 days per week

12-month Fixed-Term Contract
