We're looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to become the trusted right-hand support to our Sales Director. Based at our Head Office in Wootton, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role within our Insurance Sales Team, helping to drive business success through first-class executive support.
No two days are the same. From managing complex schedules and coordinating high-profile events to supporting strategic projects and improving business processes, you'll be at the heart of the action, enabling our Sales Director to focus on what matters most.

Location: Wootton, MK43 9EJ (Due to location of the office you must drive and have access to a car)
Hours: Full-time, office-based | Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
What you'll be doing:
- As Personal Assistant to the Sales Director, you'll provide comprehensive executive support, including:
- Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are planned and coordinated effectively.
- Organising UK and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, visas and logistics.
- Managing incoming correspondence and ensuring communications are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Preparing presentations, reports, research and spreadsheets to support business activities.
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating meetings, training sessions and workshops, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Planning and delivering customer events, corporate events and key business meetings.
- Maintaining important sales documentation, including contracts, reviews and customer records.
- Supporting Head Office facilities as part of the Business Continuity Plan.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
- Acting as a professional and welcoming point of contact for visitors, customers and internal stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- We're looking for someone who is organised, confident and passionate about delivering an exceptional level of support. You'll be someone who enjoys building strong relationships, anticipates what's needed before being asked, and stays calm under pressure.
- You'll bring:
- Proven experience supporting a senior leader in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional diary management and planning experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Commercial awareness and experience supporting projects or business initiatives.
- The ability to work independently, use your initiative and consistently meet deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A positive, flexible and enthusiastic "can-do" attitude.
