We’re recruiting a Head of Group Marketing to join our team, based from our Head office in Wootton, Bedfordshire.
What You’ll Be Doing

- You’ll take ownership of our UK marketing strategy, driving ambitious growth across B2B and B2C audiences through bold campaigns, standout digital experiences, and compelling brand storytelling.

- Create and execute integrated campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Elevate our digital ecosystem — from websites to social, search, and email — to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
- Bring our brands to life, increasing visibility and making our portfolio famous in the markets we serve.
- Own and deliver go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and innovations.
- Deliver on our revenue and customer growth targets through the provision of world class marketing and content.
- Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to unlock growth opportunities and enhance the customer journey.
- Use insight, data, and creativity to continuously optimise performance and maximise ROI.
What We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who combines strategic thinking with a passion for delivery.
- A proven leader who has built and inspired high-performing marketing teams.
- The gravitas and ability to contribute strategically as well as ‘hands on’ operationally.
- Deep digital expertise, with a track record of delivering measurable growth.
- Confident operating at senior level, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- A creative thinker with extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on creative and dynamic marketing and product strategies.
You’ll Bring
- A degree/Marketing qualification.
- Demonstrable record in developing and leading marketing teams in both B2C and B2B.
- A strong track record of delivering marketing strategies that drive real commercial impact.
- Expertise across digital channels including SEO, PPC, paid media, social, and email.
- A deep understanding of different customer segments, the sales funnel and nurturing lifecycle.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Great organisation skills, with excellent attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines, under pressure and within budget.
- Experience launching products and delivering successful go-to-market strategies.
- A data-driven approach, using insight to inform decisions and optimise results.
- Commercially astute and customer focused.
- Energy, ambition, and a genuine passion for building brands and driving growth.
