We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor, to work from our office in Bedford, MK44 3JZ.
Our Customer Support Centre (CSC) are an integral part to Copart’s Customer Excellence Centre and play a major role in driving forward our Operational Excellence, by identifying, promoting and delivering continuous improvement.
Our services include vehicle collection instructions and handling personal data, processing keys and documents, finance and private plate management. Finally, we have a Vehicle Offences team primarily responsible for appealing fines/penalties received for vehicles that have been through the auction. Alongside processing all of this information, we take on average 3,000 calls a week.
You will be responsible for all data entry and administrative work, maintaining and updating the online systems, handling incoming and outgoing calls and building rapport with key stakeholders and customers, to name just a few.
