We are seeking an Inventory Executive to join our Inventory Management team at our Bedford head office, MK44 3JZ. As an Inventory Executive, you will manage vehicle clearances, oversee inventory holds, and minimize cycle times for complex cases, all while adhering to strict audit standards. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance efficiency and service quality. The salary for this full-time office-based position is £26,994 per annum.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and expedite vehicle processing to minimize cycle times.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
- Build strong relationships with external partners to improve communication and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in compliance with audit criteria.
- Maintain and update online systems for seamless operations.
- Identify cost-effective measures and suggest improvements.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Manage daily reports and support operational excellence.
