We are currently looking for a full‑time, office‑based Customer Service Advisor to join our team at the East Kilbride Operation Centre, G75 0SB. You’ll work Monday to Friday with no bank holiday working, offering a great work‑life balance.

Our Customer Service Advisors form a dedicated team that promptly responds to high‑volume inbound and outbound calls from customers, while maintaining Service Level Agreements and time frames. They also assist members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties related to documentation and compliance.

The salary for this position is £27,976 per annum.
