We have a great opportunity for a full‑time on‑site Customer Service Advisor to join our team at the Operation Centre in Chester, CH5 2QZ. The role involves promptly responding to high‑volume inbound and outbound calls from customers, maintaining Service Level Agreements and timeframes, assisting members and private traders with sales and return queries, and performing administrative duties related to documentation and compliance.
Salary: £29,046 per annum
