We are looking for an Automotive Retail Sales Executive to join our Automotive Team based at our head office in Bedford MK43 9EJ. You will be supporting our clients and ensuring their needs and requirements are met. You will be required to support the Sales Operations Manager in the management of the portfolio of existing accounts and be the primary line of contact for our customers. This role will provide information needed to ensure that vehicles are managed effectively through the remarketing process. You will be working with other areas of Copart to support the allocation of vehicles and maintain records of updated information to ensure reporting data is accurate and current. These reports will provide MI and auction data in both pre-auction and post auction. As part of this role, you will be contributing to our continuous improvement attributes and improving current processes and procedures so we can meet our client’s SLAs.
