Job Summary
This position will be an integral part of Copado's global marketing engine, driving the field marketing strategy across the EMEA region. Demand generation and pipeline acceleration are the primary mandate, while the role also necessitates building strong relationships with regional sales leaders.

Copado is entering a critical growth phase as we scale and expand the AgentOps category. Demand generation must be intentional, data-driven, and perfectly aligned with regional sales goals. This leader will build the EMEA field event engine that drives pipeline and accelerates revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Lead the planning of field events that align directly to $15m in influenced pipeline. Support overall event goals of $45M influenced pipeline. This includes organising live executive and virtual events across north, central, and south EMEA.
- End-to-End Campaign Execution: Manage the complete event lifecycle including budget spend, campaign creation, event execution, and post-event analysis. Collaborate with the Global Digital and Growth teams to align paid social and email marketing efforts with regional field activities, ensuring a cohesive 'always-on' presence in the territory.
- Sales Alignment: Ensure tight alignment with RVPs and regional sales teams to accelerate active deals and support regional GTM priorities. Partner with Business Development (BDR) and Account Executive (AE) teams to develop and execute ABM programs for 'Must-Win' accounts in the EMEA.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven success driving pipeline generation and integrated multi-channel campaigns within the EMEA region.
- Extensive experience managing event logistics, budgets, and post-event reporting.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or 6sense/Demandbase) to track campaign performance and manage lead flow.
- Strong ability to collaborate across product, marketing, and sales leadership.
- Fluency in English; German-speaking abilities are highly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Data Driven: Ability to analyse campaign performance and ROI using Salesforce and BI tools.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to transition from high-level strategy to 'hands-on' execution.
- GDPR Savvy: Deep understanding of European data privacy laws as they relate to lead capture and marketing communications.
- Cross-Functional Leader: Proven ability to influence stakeholders at the VP level across Sales and Marketing.
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
- Successfully influence $15m in pipeline generated from regional field events and integrated campaigns.
- Support overall event motion to influence $45M in pipeline from the events overall.
- Improve engagement and conversion on campaign follow-ups.
- Quick turnaround within 24 hours for reporting and lead entry into systems for sales follow-up.
- Reduce Lead-to-Opportunity cycle time by accelerating deals through targeted event touchpoints.
