As a Business Development Representative, you will have the training and tools to evangelize our organization and help generate new business by outbound prospecting into an assigned territory. By working closely with Account Executives, you will create account lists, prioritize outreach, and generate qualified sales opportunities that ultimately help fuel the continued growth of Copado.
What You'll Do
- Outbound Pipeline Generation: Drive net-new business opportunities using cold calling, personalized emails, video messaging, and creative social prospecting.
- AE Partnership & Account Prioritization: Partner closely with Account Executives to research target personas, prioritize high-volume accounts, and source pipeline that directly drives closed revenue.
- Qualification & Value Messaging: Discover prospect initiatives through thorough qualification while communicating Copado's core ROI and value over pure technical functionality.
- Stakeholder Trust & Sales Growth: Build credibility with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging modern sales tools to adapt to objections and evolving team strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Inside Sales Experience: 1-2 years of professional inside sales experience (preferably in SaaS/tech).
- Prospecting & KPI Execution: Proven track record of high-volume cold outreach into greenfield/whitespace accounts with consistent quota and KPI achievement.
- Efficiency & Time Management: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize high-volume accounts, and balance time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual fluency in French or German is advantageous, but not required.
