CoorsTek Advanced Materials UK is seeking a skilled CNC Set-Up Operator to join our manufacturing team in Weston-super-Mare. You will load programs, adjust tooling and offsets, and create simple programs as needed to produce high-quality parts from technical drawings.

You’ll interpret drawings, GD&T, and process instructions, perform in-process inspections, and champion continuous improvements to set-up times and machining consistency while training less experienced colleagues.
