We're growing our London office and are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to lead and scale our Accounting & Finance practice. Whether you're currently a Principal Consultant, Manager, or Associate Director, this is a senior opportunity to shape the direction of a high-potential market, engaging with market-leading clients while cultivating and mentoring a talented team around you.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new client relationships while strengthening long-term partnerships with existing ones.
- Proactively engaging with both active and passive talent to ensure the strongest cultural and technical fit for our clients.
- Providing tailored recruitment solutions that align with clients' needs.
- Sharing market intelligence and insights, positioning yourself and Coopman as trusted advisors.
- Building a strong professional network by attending industry events and leading Coopman-hosted initiatives.
- Leveraging our market-leading technology to proactively connect with top industry talent.
- Staying ahead of macro and sector-specific developments, becoming a go-to expert in your field.
- Contributing to wider business and marketing initiatives, playing a key role in Coopman's continued success.
- Delivering against revenue and operational objectives, contributing directly to Coopman's continued growth and impact.
- Mentoring, coaching, and inspiring consultants to accelerate their potential.
What we're looking for:
- A commercially minded recruiter with a track record of success in financial services, Hedge Funds, Private Markets, Asset Managers, or broader financial services.
- Strong relationship-building skills, able to foster trust and credibility with both clients and candidates.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
- A passion for building a successful practice, developing others, and driving meaningful change.
