We are excited to partner with a leading international bank headquartered in London. They are searching for a talented Compliance Manager to join their Control Room Compliance team. This crucial role within the EMEA Control Room is not just about maintaining information barriers; it's about proactively managing material non-public information (MNPI), overseeing the Watch and Restricted Lists, and ensuring rigorous compliance with UK Takeover Code disclosures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage information barriers and conflicts of interest across the business
- Maintain and update the Watch and Restricted Lists
- Review institutional research and internal communications
- Contribute to regulatory and legal change initiatives
- Participate in global Control Room projects and risk governance forums
- Liaise regularly with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk and Business units
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in compliance, control room, or regulatory roles within financial services
- Understanding of investment banking and global markets products
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented, collaborative and proactive mindset
