Coopman Search and Selection are partnered with an award-winning, professional services business, who provide expert advice and regulatory consulting to financial institutions, as they look to add a Senior Manager to their Insurance practice.

Consulting to clients in the Insurance sector with a variety of Compliance related support, from FCA authorisation applications to auditing and regulatory due diligence.

Maintain up to date and working knowledge of the FCA Handbook, the Financial Services and Markets Act and operational working of the Insurance space.

Undertaking audits for clients, which are then reported on and recommendations made of where improvements can be made from a regulatory perspective.

Experience and qualities required of the Senior Manager:

  • Working and demonstrable knowledge of the financial regulations (ICOBS, SYSC) around Insurance and firms operating within this space.
  • Self-starter attitude to be able to independently work on multiple projects at once.
  • Strong collaborative mindset to work with the wider team and business.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and analyse data.
