We're proud to partner with this award-winning, London based, regulatory compliance focused consultancy business as they look to continue their ambitious growth plans with the hire of a new Partner into their high-performing Investments practice. This is a rare opportunity for senior leaders in the regulatory consulting field, who are looking to build their own practice and strategy, whilst operating under the banner of a successful and recognisable brand, who promote entrepreneurship and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Define and deliver long-term strategic goals in collaboration with the CEO and executive team
    • Build, manage and develop a high-performing team of compliance professionals
  • Sales & Business Development
    • Lead the Investments practice’s business development strategy
    • Drive new client acquisition and manage the end-to-end sales process
    • Build strong relationships across the existing client base and wider industry
    • Attend industry events, represent the firm externally, and contribute to thought leadership
  • Operations & Delivery
    • Oversee the successful delivery of client projects and ensure high-quality outcomes
    • Manage client billing, reporting, and internal governance processes
    • Provide technical leadership and SME input on complex regulatory matters
    • Support the development of junior staff through coaching and training

Experience Required:

  • Significant leadership experience in a consultancy or regulatory advisory business, with demonstrable experience in driving growth and revenue
  • Strong understanding of UK and global regulatory frameworks which would be applicable to firms in the Investment sphere (FCA, PRA, SEC, MiFID II, AIFMD, SMCR, ESG, etc.)
  • Experience influencing and advising senior stakeholders at Board or Executive level
  • Strong project oversight, governance, and operational management skills
  • Professional qualifications such as CISI IOC, IAD, PCIAM or Diploma in Investment Compliance (or equivalent) are beneficial
